1.
What happens to the poop?
We
leave the poop bagged in the customer's trash can. If we are unable
to get to the can then we will leave next to the garage door, at
the furthest point from your door.
2.
Do you offer more frequent service?
Yes, we offer a twice a week service. Our option days are either
Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday, depending on your area.
The rate is just double of the weekly rate.
3.
How do you handle locked gates?
We carry around a key ring for lock keys. If you have a combination
lock, then we would just write the combination next to your pick
up details.
4.
Do you do both front and back yards?
We normally scoop one of the two, but other arrangements can be
made. To scoop both areas it would be $3.00 extra per service.
5.
Will my service day ever change?
Yes, we occasionally move your pick-up to optimize our use of personnel
and growth.
6.
Is there a contract?
There are no contracts. You can quit any time.
7.
Do you work in the rain?
Yes, we will work in all weather, until it becomes too hazardous
for our personnel. In those situations we would call, notify, and
rescheduled your pick-up for later date.
8.
Why are one time/special scooping rates higher?
One time/special cleanings are exactly that, a one time service
that tends to take more time to do because of the overwhelming amount
of poop - from not being on a weekly or monthly schedule. In response
to this, we suggest setting yourself upon a weekly or monthly cleaning
schedule.
9.
What is the bounced check policy?
We charge $25.00 for each bounced check and add it to your next
bill. |
